Something important that most people don’t realize about implants is that they are only supposed to be implanted for about ten years tops. After that they are more prone to ripple, leak, cause painful adhesions and all sorts of other issues. So one way or another, if you’re in your 30s getting fake tits, expect at least another one to two *additional* surgeries in your lifetime just to exchange the old ones for new ones or to simply remove them eventually, with the possibility of even more in the case of complications. This is almost never a one-and-done thing and in my experience most people are never really counseled on this issue. I’d highly suggest bringing this up to your surgeon if he or she hasn’t already.

The newest ones last much longer. They can’t leak they are a cohesive gel. But I agree there is certainly the prospect of future surgery/issue.
I’ll ask her about pics she probably won’t care. They just take months to drop into position and become soft and for swelling to completely subside so would have to be patient.

Don't really want to be that guy, but if your wife sprang it on you on a family holiday and you were completely blindsided by it, then I'd lay heavy odds that she's been cheating on you for quite some time. If you haven't already consulted a lawyer then talk to one immediately.

Without knowing any other details I'd start doing an inventory and looking for signs that she was unhappy prior to this, and try to figure out whats going on.
I'd go see a lawyer right away, but I'd also segregate whatever money you have/can, get your own bank account and start having your paychecks deposited there, change your beneficiaries back to your parents, shit like that. Move your savings and such that you can get your hands on to your private bank accounts. You'll still have to give her half of everything most likely, but you can't give half of something that she already spent or disappeared.
