I do not read that thread. Sorry for rehashing an old issue. I have to say, I would rather eat four meals a day than one. Regular food intake is what I crave. But I have a very high metabolism. I've done fasting for various reasons and felt like shit every time. But that's just me.

There are plenty of reasons to eat breakfast. More and smaller meals help regulate body weight, and your mental capacity is elevated when you are rested and fed. And the list goes on. I'm not saying you have to gorge yourself for breakfast, but fasting until dinner is not a good health option.
