In my experience sanded wood will never be as "crisp" as wood right off the planer. I am super spoiled to the finish of my helical cutting heads on the joiner and thickness planer.

I have the same issue. I am short 2 technicians, one engineer, and 2 project managers. My RVP is still harping on OT. He says "use a sub to do the work." By the time I write a scope for the sub and familiarize them with the site/customer I can finish the damn project myself.

They are a little shorter than other series installments. It flows well. Lots of room for the series to keep going with many characters only partially developed so far.
