The best way I have found to get to aiming and shooting on a console are GTA games. Fire up GTA5 on PS4 and you should be at least comfortable with it by the end. It has just the right amount of auto aim where you can play the game without being too penalized for being retarded.

The resolution is pretty low. It doesn't look great - even the text is subpar, like a Korean MMO from < 2005 with those odd fonts.
