Man the wife made some of the Brazilian cheese bread puffs a handful of months ago and they were delicious. I was surprised at how light and airy they were. Need to grill some picanha again so we got an excuse to make them.

Tuco is kind of an antihero, Angel Eyes is easily the villain though. He doesn't mind manipulating beating, or killing his way to achieve his goal of finding the money. That's why he was killed in the end by our hero, and despite Tuco being a bastard, Blondie let him live.
