That was a much better episode. They left out the church on this one. I kind of wish it would just stay with these two stories converging. That scene in the tree...damn. That would be a shitty place to be.

Season 5 of Yellowstone sucks and I stopped watching it,
This show is not as sucky but getting pretty stupid in the tropes.
There is so much BS with regards to the Residential schools, my good friend Alex was in one in the 90's and he claims it saved his life from abusive drunk parents the would burn him with cigs,
They closed his school down and the government cut him a $70,000 check and told him sorry. He laughed.
All those graves they found? It was a lie but it sells a good story.

I legitimately don’t understand how anyone could keep watching Yellowstone after the “punching” scene this season.
Never had a show die on the spot like that for me. Haven’t watched an episode since, and probably never will.

Beth Dutton (the worst TV character ever written in history), and whatever the name is of the dumb environmentalist cunt Piper Perabo’s Botox-assed face is playing, exchange punch for punch in some sort of weird version of a feminist pissing contest, until they go from being worst enemies to best friends.
Of course Beth wins, because she is a superhero. Yasss queen slay, etc.
Cringe af. They should have canceled the entire Sheridan-verse for this atrocity of modern television.

The whole cast has become cartoons.
Beth must be the worst char ever written but Jamie is soo close. None of his actions are logical and he has stepped on the same rake for 5 seasons.
The show is just so stupid now. They should just introduce some mutant polar bears at this point because the show is an illogical pos mess.

Yeah the build up for him has been great. Dunno if I would say it's perfect, the indian side of the story has been a downer with just the repeated abuse, but I guess the cycle has been broken this past episode...

Its insane how much they are building that up. Between Timothy Dalton's character asking about if any Duttons are left and the wife having to lie about her husband to buy time, all that would be left would be to have one last letter found talking about how the sheep herders shot spencer's dog. I expect Spencer's entrance to be nothing less than taking out six men with a six shooter while wearing a red cape.
I would both laugh and cry if spencer showed up and was killed in the first 30 seconds. His new found lady is the one that actually kills everyone..
I sighed when the episode returned to the nuns. It had a better ending.

So far I am enjoying this show a lot more than 1893.
Also fuck them and the next episode being Feb. 5th.

i didn't know any of this cowboy tv shit, on a plane i just turned it on cuz it was the first tv show (1893 that is), it was good for 5 eps then it just became stupid, seeing which new boy toy the daughter would whore herself out to and when she would finally die, imo 5 eps too long
