Scuderi just ate a whole stick blade to the face on an incidental, but blatant, high stick on a follow through. That stuff is supposed to be called but it's really borderline and not something the real hockey fan part of me can get too worked up over on it's own. Still, it would be nice to get the call and generate some power play pressure.
edit: Oh look, Pens playing the top seed even and generating some opportunities? Time for Steve Downie to crosscheck Zucc IN TO THE REF, and when that doesn't get whistled he figures that's a sign that he should HOLD HIM DOWN WITH HIS STICK ON HIS NECK WHILE THE REF IS STILL STANDING ON TOP OF THEM.
I hope Steve Downie gets Clint Malarchuk'd.
