Do you have a plan for lore and the world as it grows? In that, do you have an "end"? If you play EverQuest from classic to the ending of POP it is a great experience, and you can tell it was meant to move on to EQ2- the story and xpacs after where very disjointed and then fell into just rehashing of "old" story elements.

Will Pantheon introduce any mechanics to allow players of differing time commitments and levels to play together?

Many MMOs release expansions that completely invalidate older content, causing classic zones to become stale and no longer relevant. While it's still very early in development, has the Pantheon team thought of how to combat this as the game grows and expands?

How much game information is going to be able to be seen client side? in EQ it was less information and things like ShowEQ etc. had to be used to dig out more client info- and even at that it was considered "cheating" - yet WOW took the other approach and almost everything is sent to the client information wise - so mods etc. you can "see" the entire game even what some consider "outside your character" - is the amount of info the client will get considered in regards to game-play?

On subject of AI and core gameplay mechanics.

1) What sort of unique Pantheon group/raid gameplay mechanics do you have planned for Alpha? For example will there be any in combat disposition behaviours that set Pantheon apart in a meaningful way from the classic but often boring sequence of agro-tank-spank?

2) Could you provide information on plans how the AI Disposition and Perception systems interact and affect common MMO gameplay scenarios?

i) How will dispositions affect mob agro and pulling? For example:
  • Will mob dispositions affect aggro range?
  • Will dispositions affect the method of propagation of agro to other nearby mobs?
  • Will dispositions affect what types of players or situations a mob might agro on?
  • Will players have tools available manipulate mob aggro to split and pull single mobs from larger groups of mobs?
ii) Combat.
  • Are there any plans for allowing different mob dispositions in the course of group combat?
  • If yes, are there plans to have players use the perception system to sense and then affect and manage (with spells or mele tactics) the mobs dispositions?
