I ride downhill mostly so this is a little bike for me. I'll be using it everywhere, dh, am/ enduro, xc.. The dvo stuff works really really nice.

This is funny... YT originated roughly 200 meters from where I am sitting right now.
They moved a bit out of town to have more space a few years ago though.

Ya for $2200 new it seemed like too good a deal to pass up - only problem with YT is they are always out of stock and shipping takes too long

I'm suck at home, well can't go to the tracks I wanna ride. I have a path around my garden on a hill that my wife and I built years ago for the kids. I just cracked out 50 laps when my legs started hurting.. I'm not a peddler by the way. Anyway it turns out I'd just ride 4kilometers. (2.5 miles) I might start getting my peddle fitness up a bit haha

Finally some progress. Around 9 months ago her grandmother fell off her bike right in front of her (and it was just the two of them) and broke her knee. She didn't want to ride ever since.

Since I'm not going into the office everyday now I've settled into a routine of a 2 mile jog in the morning and a 18 mile ride after lunch. I really should get a decent road bike this summer for non commute riding.

No, zero interest in anything involving pegs. Also my HOA will tell me to take it down eventually so the plan is to turn them into four lips and bring to local trails.
Eight is a little tight but my goals are learn 180s and fakies, also will build a hip to the left.

Scalped and leveled, just me and a shovel. Took couple hours and way more work that I thought. My grass is filled with these spiders too, only really see them when moving.

Use to be terrified of spiders, then I started digging in the woods. Once a bunch of them crawl and jump on and off you but nothing else you tend to get over it.
I even have a few(maybe just one) trapdoor spiders in my yard. It likes to jump on my leg when I mow the grass. Now years ago when it did that I was paralyzed with fear as they are scary as fuck.
Haven’t seen it in a while but oldest one ever lived to be 43 years old, so I know it is still around somewhere.

Nope nope nope. I deal with a terrrrible winter so I don't have spiders. bigger than a fingernail.

Got some cleanup but all screwed in and ready to ride! Once I learn how to 180 I will build a hip that goes back along the house into a another quarterpipe with something inbetween. Have about 100 feet to play with.

The next part. If I can bowl it out I will build that quarter in the back, otherwise likely just make the whole thing wider. a bowl with a hip is the dream though.

This is actually the first thing I have ever built with wood, the bowls all plotted out. Going to kill the bowl idea now though be over 400 2x4s 1400.00ish USD in those alone. Nope.
