Facepuncher, strangely enough, is best on Moze. It's probably a bug that will get fixed sooner or later though. Basically the Bloodletter mod can be used to make the buff from Brawler Ward never fall off. So after your shield is broken 20-25 times the damage is stacked so high you can just one shot anything with melee. And Facepuncher is there to make it even more ridiculous.

My main group of friends all left me in the dust as they raced through the story to finish it. I took my time and enjoyed living in this little world for a week.

I really hope they add in the ability to skip cutscenes and dialogue though as its making the TVHM playthrough annoying with some of the stupid bits you can't fast forward. 2nd complaint...I need the ability to remove player grunting sounds. I was playing Moze for a bit and my wife was convinced I was watching porn with the noises she makes as you just run around normally. Fl4k all the way for no goddamn run sounds....though his jumping grunts need removed. He's a fucking robot.

Zane sounds like he is a 12 pack a day smoker when you sprint with him. It makes me want to stop running for fear he is going to stroke out on me.

FL4K is a good solo experience, in part because his pet can act as a decoy and has a skill to rez you; and in part because he has a fair amount of self-healing to go alongside a shit-ton of DPS. Zane just got a buff so he might be solid now. My son played Maze solo and thought she was too boring even though effective (the mech has a long cooldown).

Been loving the game so far, but through my tvhm playthrough I think I've encountered all the worst bugs so far... Lost my 50 legendaries in bank and no idea when that is going to get fixed, guardian ranks were fucked until today and been falling through the world and what not. Still really enjoy it and well into an alt already.

I cant believe they havent fixed the glaring bugs that should be easy fixes:
minimap disappears when entering vehicle
inventory icons get messed up when selling or changing items
crash with Ice-T teddy bear
falling through the floor after Troy fight

fix that shit instead of nerfing loot drops

that being said, I still love the game. people complaining about the story I just don't get - it's definitely still borderlands humor and plotlines

Nice, I was looking for something like this. I used something similar for RDR2. makes it easier to satisfy the OCD collector in me. Especially echo logs since they are no longer listed as a challenge/collectable in game, but have some of the better content when you listen to them.

I really do mean this in a lighthearted way, but after reading multiple posts from you along these lines, I think it's partially because you have an above average amount of soy coursing through your veins and partially because I've turned into a sour old snowflake with an overactive gag reflex for the tiniest whiff of SJW.

If this was a new IP, I would be shitting all over it for wallowing in subtle she-power crap just like 90% of the rest of media these days, but it's not a new IP and has an established lore/tone that was created before the level of saturation we're at now. Everytime I see something along those lines in this game I'm thinking to myself "Is this in BL3 because they're swearing in to the modern woke cult, or would this have fit in the 2009 game as well?". Most of the time it's the latter.

I've told my friends this as well, but my main complaint is that the SJW stuff in 2019 is so far beyond "prevalent" that I don't even know the word for it. Any one of these are fine in isolation, I'm just fucking tired of seeing it everywhere.

I take full credit for being a snowflake here, but I definitely think it's heavy on the SJW themes. They just get a pass because they were more original when they built the world and we weren't drowning in it back then. Still makes me wince.

So I feel big big big dumb asking this question but how do i play this game offline on pc? It wont launch when im offline and if i disconnect when the game is launching it sits at "signing in xyz act." and then crashes.

Has the split screen for Xbox one been fixed yet so it’s not a laggy clusterfuck? Alternatively, if we felt like wasting money and buying a second copy, could I play on PC with someone on Xbox one?

Kinda funny I hit end game and decided to start true vault hunter mode and actually do the side quest/completionist stuff. Friend was thinking of starting a new character so tried joining mine as a level 1. True vault hunter mode even with level scaling is pretty frisky for the low person but the XP is hilarious. We played through from start to when you get to sanctuary and he was level 21. So if you want to jump start a character fast get a buddy willing to run you through pandora like that its nuts.
