Would you be happy with James Franklin? Maybe Dabo Swinney and Al Golden as dark horses? I don't see David Shaw leaving Stanford for any team that does not play on Sunday. Jimbo also has it made in Tallahassee...they'd just have to throw a pile of money at him most likely.

While they managed to do it in a much more tactful way than Tennessee, this still reminds me of the Fulmer situation. Let's just hope they don't get too caught up in the idea that anyone and everyone will come busting the doors down to coach there and go after horridly unrealistic options while the ones that would do just fine there all get wrapped up with new extensions. If not, in five years you will be wishing for Mack Brown and 8-4 seasons.
