Cohh Carnage and Jesse Cox both got NPCs with quests put into the game apparently. So many jealous streamers lol

Just imagine all the disgusting and depraved mods people will make. What a time to be alive

From that advertisement:
"When Cyberpunk 2077 launches later this year, it will be available on GeForce NOW, with support for ray-tracing effects and DLSS 2.0. So even if you’re playing on an old PC, a Mac, or an Android device, you can experience Cyberpunk 2077 at 1080p 60 FPS."
Looks like GeForce NOW is $5.00 a month and streams at 1080. If you are close to a server, the input lag shouldn't be noticeable. I will probably be playing it this way, as my i5-2400 and GTX 970 are going to have a rather bad time with this game.

Here are the only server locations that I could find, doing a search, if you want to ping them:

No mods that way though, and I have a really hard time picturing a CDPR game that doesn't need mods. They're no Bethesda obviously, but still... I've got a TW3 game going on PC/Switch cross-save and not being able to load any mods is rough.

I'd just play it on console if my PC wasn't up to the task. You lose ultrawide and mods either way, and I'd take proper HDR over ray-tracing any day.

I love PC gaming because I hate re-purchasing the same game every 4 years and playing at 30 fps and being unable to turn off motion blur and chromatic aberration and have no texture filtering.

Yeah, I can already tell from the promo videos for Cyberpunk that the first thing I'm going to do after loading up the game is go looking for the option to disable chromatic abomination (and motion blur, depth of field, and the rest of the eye cancer stuff).

I suspect the console versions will have a full menu of post-processing options too though. TW3 added one eventually, and I think they realize it's necessary now. I'm still betting current gen consoles will run the game like absolute shit, just like they did (do?) TW3 which had frequent dips to 20 fps. Only way I can see it playable on console is if you wait for XSEX and hope that it actually increases performance significantly in BC games.

As much as I like stealthy playstyles I am probably going to load up on all the heavy artillery I can get and go megaton on motherfuckers the first play through.
