Anyone know if my system "MAY" be able to run this game on highest settings on a 1440p monitor? Only thing I'm concerned about is my video card.

Well, you can barely run tetris with that. Must buy ps5. Or maybe have a look at the gfx. Bottleneck calculator says your gfx is too weak, replace with 2080ti or some shit. Have a look.

No way to know for certain, but you aren't going to max out to 144hz, but you should manage a stable 60-70 with medium settings with a few low-impact settings at high

Gah didn't know I was bottlenecking my system. Don't really feel like spending $1200 for a video card.

Cyberpunk 2077 is a DX12 exclusive because of DXR, the ray tracing tech on PC.
