singsong dingdong has a hard time finding a team because his skill set is very specific, he needs a farming hero that can gank & has a high skill ceiling. When he was on C9 EE had to basically sack himself every game in order to create space for Sing.

Sing could hit Mirana arrows like no other. With midlane extra creeps now you'd think he would be able to find a place for those heroes.

I don't get the fascination wtih singsing. Other than being a dickhead on streams, has he ever done anything or accomplished anything of note?

Except for the fact Bulldog won a Tee Eye and Sing is very literally a worthless piece of trash.

I think one difference between Bulldog and Singsing current situations is Sing is still trying to play pro, he often ends up in those weird rejects tier 3 teams that fail at getting even qualified for minor tournaments then disband. Bulldog apparently hasn't really given a fuck about playing pro for a while, the last "team" he was in was the pubs he usually play with on stream for the TI qualifier. Maybe he's trying to get into teams secretly or whatever but it looks more like Bulldog doesn't want to play pro anymore because of the commitment and stuff while Sing still wants to but can't because no one wants to play with him.
