So, George is writing the lore, not main story.
Lore discovered in game, piecing it together
No specific lore tied to main character same as Dark Souls. Lore is in the NPCs
Much larger zones (open world) but still similar to Dark Souls. They are sticking to what they know. Villages aren't friendly zones.
Horse through the zones and horse combat

GRRM you say? So you make your own individual character, level up, set up face features, set clothing, assign skill points etc..

Finish the first boss, them bam your character is killed off forever in the following cut scene and you have to play the rest of the game as your characters stupid squire. Then Right before the final boss the squire fucking dies in a cut scene and the game ends without a real ending and the final boss laughs as the screen fades to black, credits roll....

Since it's basically leaked, they should just drop the trailer tm. I saw 2 blurry clips that looked meh, but that extended leak has me hyped.

I'm pretty sute the leak is part of the marketing.
