Yea, judge explicitly said don't play the audio of heresy (stating this was a "militia".) Prosecutor says ok I'll keep it muted until the defendant starts talking. Immediately goes to unmute the video at the next time the guy calls them the "militia". Judge just lets it go...

Yeah I feel like the defense should definitely be raising questions about why this clear case of illegal firearm possession hasn't been prosecuted when they're throwing the book at Kyle, but maybe that's more of a closing argument thing.
