Health Problems

Former boss got me remote appointments with the Mayo clinic and Cleveland clinic supposidly the premier demyelinating disease clinic, like MS and such. Sent all my records and test and after they review them supposed to talk to them both. I knew he was very well off. When I applied there I googled some info on him. Him and his wife were being honored for donating $100m to a university hospital group in CA. He's in the process of moving the company and took a few minutes to talk. Nothing to do with health but he played college football with Mark Harmon lol.
It's a kinda cool process, at least in my experience, going to the mayo clinic with a real problem. The way they attack it is both comprehensive and untrusting. It'll make you look at healthcare a slightly different way. When real problems are the issue, approaching them in truly multidisciplinary scientific way is a reasonable solution. I've never seen it anywhere else. Even so they still make mistakes. Healthcare is rough sometimes.

When I was interviewing for a job at Mayo in Rochester, I was told that it is quite common for middle eastern royalty to fly their family and friends straight in and pay in cash, even for minor ailments. Apparently there are also exceptionally high rates of rare inherited disorders because there is less genetic diversity there, and they often require unique / specialized treatment. They are willing to fly across the world for the top-tier medical care without a second thought, and Mayo is pretty much the best of the best.

Maybe that story was embellished to impress me, but it worked!

So I am suffering from what I can only determine is a severe case of Tinnitus. I don't really know how else to describe it. A constant ringing my ears that occasionally like, rattles my teeth, for lack of a better way to describe it. It's not painful or anything but it is really fucking annoying and moments of relative silence at my house are the worst. It comes and goes a little but it's mostly very constant. I'll occasionally feel a strange sensation that is deep in the back of my mouth almost? But it never lasts more than a second. I wouldn't describe it as painful but I do feel it for that time.

To combat this I have been playing rain sounds and stuff in my home office constantly which makes it somewhat more tolerable. This started about a week ago and I have previously never experienced such a thing in my entire life.

This bothers me because I never blare loud music. I just listen to whatever while working from home. I never use headphones or go to concerts and shit like that. I have no idea what causes it. Going to see the Ear, Nose, Throat doc next week.

Such a fun weekend. Woke up Friday night at my normal time and things were fine for an hour or so. I get the feeling like I pulled something in my groin which sucks, but no big whoop. A few minutes later I start shaking uncontrollably with hot/cold flashes for a couple hours. 48 hours in the hospital later I know it wasn't flu, pneumonia, or covid, but still nt 100% sure what caused it. Maybe something in my lymph nodes. They sent me home with antibiotics for a week.

No other option. I've never really drank at all. Little during and after high school was all. I'm just drinkin gheavy now to kill the skin pain. I can't walk because my knees hurt where the skin moves. My hands have hurt for years skin wise. Across my back and on to the shoulders. Any place that moves. So i'll just stay drunk I guess.

Do you have a feeling of pressure in your ears? Any noticeable loss of hearing range? A few years ago I had a bad allergic reaction that led to swelling that pinched my auditory nerve. I lost the bottom half of my hearing and I constantly felt pressure like I was in a subway tunnel with a train coming. My kids' voices would cause some kind of resonance and were painful to listen to.

I saw an ENT and they said it was important to address early otherwise the never can atrophy and the hearing loss is permanent. I was given a course of prednisone and it cleared up in a week.

My stepdad is a brain surgeon that specializes in spinal cord tumors and is rated in the top 5 in the world for that specialty. At the end of his career he no longer even processed insurance because it wasn’t worth dealing with the headache, as he had an endless supply of foreigners, predominantly middle eastern, that would just lay down the 100k to so for the surgery, cash. He used to recount how much he enjoyed see the look on some sheiks face when he’d step into his office after the medical exam only to see the selection of old Jewish religious antiques in a display case.

Wife has had a few miscarriages recently. Since she's turning 36, they're running a bunch of tests to make sure it's not actually something like early menopause or something else instead of just bad luck. Part of that is doing blood work on me and taking a semen sample. Never given semen before, but I have to admit I 'm a little nervous of what they could find lol

Also... making the joke asking my wife if she can just spit it into the cup wasn't the right move tonight.

Need to not ejaculate for 7 days...

I did one of these last year for my wife's peace of mind. Turns out daddy produces far above average amounts of swimmers.

However, it was super awkward to jack off in the room they put you in with ancient Hustlers and softcore porn videos. But I made do.

Because of covid I have to jack off in my house and drive it over. I have to keep it against my body the whole time to keep it warm.

We totally need to know when this is going down so we can call the police to report Noodlebutt driving erratically.
That should be a skit.

Officer, this is going to sound really fucked up but I have to deliver some jizz to the doctor's office and the clock is ticking here okay?
