Not quite sure who you mean by "basic bitch" as you can pick any of them to level up as your first monster. You can only use one Monster at a time per fight but you can level up as many of them as you like. The Snake and the wolf offer the best damage just diffent buffs I prefer the snake for PVE due to my team comp but you cannot go wrong with either of them as your first pet really.

As you progress in the game you will find a need for different pets in each situation, the deer for example is pretty much a must have for guild boss fights post level 40. If you team is setup for a certain type of CC you can get a pet to compliment the build that offers the same CC, etc etc

Really the only thing worth buying unless you whale out is the monthly card. Once you get higher in aspen there is tons of shit to buy with gems, and events like gem boxes.

Just hit player level 101. I have followed the advice here and gotten Jahra to 8 stars. Everyone except Ormus is 6. He is definitely the weak link when it comes to pushing now.

Jahra is pretty good. Ormus is OK if you don’t have another healer, but he isn’t all that great either.

What is the deal with monsters? Just about to hit 60 with basic bitch. Have first aura maxxed out. Can you use more than one at a time, or should I just scrap this one and put all my shards into best one?

Assuming you mean wolf pet. Definitely worth keeping, him and snake are the best pure damage monsters. Can only use one per team, but can use one for each team in trial of the champion

Thanks for the infos. Pretty much just rolling at this point. Need more Jahra cards to get her past 8, so working on the rest of the team for now. Have a shitload of life cards, so I pushed Starlight to 7. Waiting on some rando orange cards to do the same with Norma. If I get a glut of death cards I will get my tank to 7 too. Mihm is going to take a while. That whole dark card rarity thing. I am up to 250 in tower. player 103. My guild sucks donkey balls, and I am going to bail once the current raid boss is dead.

Ok, found my groove in all this. Not sure whether I will keep monthly up or just go full f2p. The extra crystals are ok, but not anything special. Jahra up to t9 at this point. Mihm, norma, ormus, starlight t7, rosa t6. My wolf is 77 and climbing steadily. My guild is shitty, only me and 1 other person active, so when current raid boss bites it I will probably bail. Finally beat easy in the 4 day dungeon thing. Gold, green goop and purple goop are on farm. Brave tournament not so much, but I usually get 12. Once in a long while 15.

Are you guys on android or apple servers?

I’m on iOS, server just got merged to s16. For the monthly Card, as you get up further in aspen there’s a lot more to spend gems on, but generally getting to vip 3 opens up enough that the game is less punishing.

For tiers, people generally just refer to the star value of the hero. 5 yellow stars is 5 star, 1 red star is a 6 star, 4 red stars is 9 star, big gold star is 10 star.

After 10 star they made an “enable” feature that lets you upgrade past 10 star 3 times, e1/e2/e3.

My main team right now is e3 Vesa, 10* Skerei, 10* kamath, 10* Demon Hunter, 9* Kroos, and 10* Iceblink. Need one more Skerei copy and a fusion event and I should be able to take her to e3. Also have a 10* sigmund for PvE mainly, and need 1 copy each to make 10* Valentino, Michelle, HW. I’ve got a bunch of copies of Kroos so I can 10* him whenever

finding myself hooked on this but thank god there's a private server. acts like a full level 13 paid status. even has a seasonal server that resets once a month. pretty fun for getting that incrimental fix without fearing that you might give in to an impulse purchase etc.

Got Jahra, Starlight, and Norma to 9*. Norma can't go any higher, so as soon as I get another Jahra card I will push her to 10*. Got a Sigmund, and holy fuck my dps tripled putting him in tank spot. Going to add Kroos as soon as I can get some chaos fodder.

Got my wolf to 120. Still working on last 2 auras, but he will be done soon enough. What monster should I work on next?

Nah, save gems for events like the Gray Dwarves Blessing going on now. Just keep stockpiling resources and do the daily stuff. Odds are you won't get anything good from heroic summons. Starting out, shoot to complete the challenges, there are some rewards for those that will speed things along a bit. Just remember this game is intended to be played for 20-30 mins a day, especially in F2P.

Wishing well tokens are probably the best bang for your buck for gem spending since they updated it.

Basically you want to always save heroic scrolls for event since it doubles the 5* rate, and POs you’ll eventually want to only use during event to collect rewards, but early on its worth just using them to progress your team. Once you have a full 5* team that’s decent and maybe a 6*, start saving the orbs for event. I’d suggest dropping them in forest, it has the best heroes for early and mid game and a couple do well in endgame (Valkyrie, Demon Hunter for pvp, heartwatcher for PvE).

Super chips just use as you get them, but wait until you have a good hero on the board. Don’t be that guy that rolls and actually gets the hero and it’s a dantalian or malassa

I still play but I quit spending besides the monthly card and the special deals they have. Honestly care very little at this point, but maintain enough for my guild which is the top of S1 (or second, depending on now RNG wants to treat us).

Stockpiling resources is absolutely critical. I'd recommend doing nothing whatsoever except that until there's an event.

10 summons for 2200 gems is one of the worst deals in the game. I would recommend buying the hero scroll for 150 that shows up on the marketplace, and in aspen (when that unlocks for you), the hero scrolls there are good, starting with the rare vendor, then mid, then low.

Make sure you focus on good heroes when you can, and before upgrading make sure you know what you're doing -- of course, some heroes can be fodder. Additionally, your end game goals change based on how much you want to pay. If you want to be f2p, then go with what you can. But if you spend, you want to really micromanage things toward the top end so you are not wasteful.

With the recent changes unless you are a whale with tons of gems, Aspen is nearly irrelevant. Same cost per scroll for heroic scrolls in market as best deal in aspen, orb for 500 every day, 8 casino chips daily(not quite as good as besr aspen deal). I’m almost certain they’ve reduced gold deals in aspen in the past month or so as well, so it’s not nearly as important as it used to be

just use the free daily one to finish daily quest then? but the reset is longer than a day?

Lots of debate on it, but you either finish daily quests every day and use a scroll on the non-free days, or just complete the daily events every other day. If you go the route of every other day, you also only spend the wishing well tokens on the day with the free summon.

I just complete every day, even if it’s better not to the difference is minute.

i don't got dark ppl to finish tavern quests, just hold out and hope for a good summon leave that prophet thing alone ? (i don't even see dark for that area).

Are you talking about heroic miracle event? For dark heroes there’s not a whole lot of options. You can get very lucky with a summon or the prophet tree has a light/dark combined summon, but the rates are extremely low. Not really worth spending orbs on that given where you are at

the tavern w/ the faction specific requirements i don't have a dark, so i can't complete, but theres the prophet event going, on, is that tree thing a summon?
