I would just use common sense honestly. Blur/replace sections with proprietary info. Use as much real, functional work as possible. Don't put it in a conspicuous place where it can even become a point of contention.

Just go to the company website, find a picture of the upper management team, photoshop dicks in all of their mouths, and then enclose it with your resume as an example of your skills. This will guarantee you only get jobs in places where they have a sense of humor and/or hate their upper management.

Had my first interview today that went well I think. They're looking for a couple instructional designers.

I had a good study session on their company and their business goals and worked that shit.

It's a relatively new company that does social knowledge platforms for businesses. They need help working on a foundation of courses that can be sold with their platform.

The only drawback is that it's an hour drive. Which I'm sure some on this board will read it and say "only an hour!?"
