Absolutely. The advantage that we have is that we have a solid core and the guild continues to increase in levels. We're pretty consistent in helping with runs and we have some pretty dedicated (read: playing 20 hours a day) folks with a nice mix of more casual players. Not worried about filling for Valtan like a lot of guilds are, mostly just want to see if we can't get a slightly better group makes up (e.g. more supports) as part of the permeant rotation. We'll also look into a new poll for the raid day based on popular demand - I just don't want to switch that every time someone complains but I do see some value in giving a bit more time after the reset.

Alt farm squad goal accomplished of all 7 chars to 1325-1340 and enough mats stacked to hopefully get lance babe to 1370 when she drops.
Sucked butt today though as I had to grind out everything (14 raids, 6 abyssals, 14 chaos and a mix of 14 cube/boss rushes + all the dailies/weeklies) since I am out of town on internet vacation until after next reset.

Man I wish they'd add a honing stronghold buff when you reach 1400/1415 for our version, I really would like to get more chars into Argos but with only 10% it feels like a huge waste of ressources to do so. I guess it's just because of how our version lines up but I liked it better in DFO where you could get your shitty alts through the old raids so you were raiding on every char, just different things, abyss dungeons don't feel like that. I'm sure once like mains are on the clown you're raiding valtan/vikas on alts and stuff but atm there's a huge gap to get alts up to argos.
Maybe events will help some, guess we'll see what they add to replace the grandprix stuff.

Yeah the honeymoon phase for this game is really starting to fade fast. My main is 1390 at the moment with 3 alts at 1325 and a couple more alts coming up. Right now you get about 20-30 minutes of actual content per week followed by hours of just WoW daily chores. I don't mind grinding out some bullshit but so many things deep dick your face to prevent you from getting other characters in the Argos area which is very limited content overall.
I also do not understand Amazon as to why they are delaying the quality of life updates from the game. It's one thing to gate content, limit classes and whatnot but simple UI updates that they know improve the game to hold those back is just pure fucking stupidity.
I am slowly getting through the useless grinding ass aids of the game such as the Una's bullshit dailies, farming unlocks for skill points etc. - If I go at the same pace I would have a majority done by the next release updates which open up just allowing you to do quick 1-2 minute shit, until then it's just a fucking slog.
As for pushing, I am not sure if I should be trying to push my main to 1415 or 1445 ( also should I be trying to cheese fuck the system by pushing up only a couple of pieces as I see on these reddit posts "basically skipping some items while pushing others to +17) not sure how worth-wild this method is.
Alternatively I guess I could push up a couple of alts to 1340 it seems pushing them to 1370 just isn't worth the mat cost. I feel like over the next couple of months of them releasing content I will probably have most Tripods with +2/3 most of the gems on my main at level 5/6 and I am sure I can set up my engravings better probably just work on getting a solid 3/3 with no negatives for now.
I don't know if we are simply missing a ton of end game but the grind is really starting to show, as I enjoy the little bites of end game that are there but the amount of mindless grinding that is nonstop just for once a week to play a little is not ideal.
On the other end I am kind of interested in playing a couple of other classes. As they release new ones I wouldn't mind trying them out but I am still not sure if I want to drop cash on gold crystals. I wish they have better deals for character slots. I wouldn't mind giving scrapper, lancer, and maybe a couple others a try. Out the classes I have played I pretty much enjoy them all other than the soulfist, it really just plays like pure dogshit.

I mean, considering the amount of time we've dumped into the game in what.. a couple months, if that? lol - of course the honey moon phase was going to wear off. The game just doesnt have much of an end game right now and its like farming herbs all fucking week in order to beat MC in an hour. Pick your poison type of thing I guess.
I'm not sure on the math exactly, but leveling an alt from 1302 to 1340 is much cheaper than 1390-1400 and then you have the return value of the 1340 Abyss.
I have no idea about cheesing particular items to get ahead of the curve. It may be worthwhile* for you to do that, but when I read about it - it sounded like some real min/max shit and the economy isnt even the same acorss the NA/EU servers, much less the different regions.

My thoughts:
1) Agree completely on the UI upgrades and little things. It doesn't make sense to see these come in so slowly as they should be prioritized.
2) Una's tasks can really be pushed off -- the side grade stuff it grants is very, very limited. Lopang is the way to go not to hate life.
3) You should be aiming to push your main to 1415. You'll never achieve 1445 in the current patch (not a knock on you - more that you're about to face the same wall you faced prior to 1370 only with upgrade costs being a lot more. It would cost me almost half my gold to push to around that ilvl and obviously I have more than anyone can get short of blowing multiple thousands of dollars. The 'cheese' strategy however is aimed at reducing the cost of greater leapstones (Kyth provided the math below). I keep emphasizing this but: Until you hit 1400ish, you don't really understand the true pain of greater leapstones. You WILL cap out on them fast (and they are VERY limited to generate) much moreso than Gold in our version. The strategy is thus the way you should be going to reach 1415 for Valtan.
4) For Valtan, you should be aiming to have one alt at 1370 and at least one at 1340. Your engravings should be about 3/3/3/1 with gems around level 5 or higher. Your main abilities should absolutely be level 3 from a tripod perspective.
5) We are missing a metric fuckton of content that fills the week.
6) Classes are the best part of the game, which is why we've bitched that the price for unlocking extra slots is retarded. They know that this is a cash cow for them in that, people will have to pay to unlock the slots and enjoy. It's up to you as to whether or not you want to cave to these fuckers and add an extra slot or two. Lancemaster is certainly a class that most people will enjoy quite a bit though.

No it's more expensive, but has better attack power. Also the costs are more frontloaded, making it harder to get to 1400. Both are fine though, much better than 15 in everything.

Im either low on gold or out of Leapstones all the time. The other casino gems are inconsequential.
We were talking about it this morning -but I think where Blue Crystals are at in exchange is around where I bought them at early early into the games release. Thats insane that I have to hold onto BC's like f'kn stocks now.

Yeah I’m Xanxix in the guild, 1387 Pal, but kinda slowed down when I hit 1385 so I could get my Art up some. I want to see how Glavier feels to play before I dump everything into a second char to get to 1370.

At least you didn't buy ~20k worth at 700-900 range like me <_<.
I mostly only use them to buy lifeskill pots, 10x card packs and potion chests though and have about 9k left. Most of the honing shit isn't worth it and definitely not considering the price I paid.
