Implants are much like tattoos, very rarely do the people getting them pay for a skillful doctor and quality implant. My ex's mom had implants, and you could definitely tell whenever she wore a bikini. Not only that but eventually one of them failed, falling out of position or deflating which caused her to have to go back to where they had them put in so it could be fixed.

if your implant even has the possibility to deflate then you already fucked up trying to save a few hundred dollars .
and then moving out of position is another reason they need implanted below the muscle .
I’d wager 90% of the shit show results are saline implants placed above the muscle. It’s easier for the surgeon the implant is cheaper and it is a shitty ass result for trailer trash strippers who thought a $5k boob job was a good idea

Belly fat can be moved against gravity so to speak. But it’s a costly procedure too. Lipo suction, seperator, reinjection in the mammary tissue.
