The pally and cleric proc is dumb and should not be considered in part of their DPS "ranking" - you can go a very very long time and not get anything... then sometimes you will just blast away like a machine gun.

This reminds me of being 11 years old and rolling a Monk and maxing out my dex specifically with a goal of getting two Wu Sticks thinking I’d be some super badass. Then 100+ hours later I finally get my setup and hit up LGUK
