press his "kick" key every 8 seconds.
As has been mentioned before in countless ways, it was never about your ability to push your button. It was about orchestrating thing such that you could win when everyone else didn't push their button (since obviously finding a raid full of people who can actually do so consistently is basically impossible).

Building a team is part of the game and yes it is hard to make one then keep it together long term

As much as being in the closed beta would be, I’d rather wait for ea. still gonna play the shit out the next tests that line up timewise.

I hope they get one/some of the deep races/zones out by then.

# Monsters & Memories Stress Test (June 14th, 2025)

We will be holding a Stress Test on Saturday, June 14th, 2025 at 1pm Eastern. (Local Time: <t:1749920400:F>

This is a Technical Stress Test, and there is lots of in progress work that may be unpolished, imbalanced, or broken. There is also the possibility of lag and other stability issues.

We'll be running a longer, more stable and polished 3 Day Playtest starting on Friday, June 27th, 2025.

**Details**
- The purpose of this Stress Test will be to see where we're at currently with server stability
- The Stress Test will last approximately 4 hours (ending around 5pm Eastern)
- If we run into stability issues, we may patch the game or, if absolutely necessary, end the playtest (with the hope of running another in the coming days after)
- More details on what Characters and Servers will be available to come

**RSVP Here:** Discord - Group Chat That’s All Fun & Games
## How To Register/Download Client

- Register an account and log in at <Monsters & Memories - Account Management>
- (If you already made an account in previous tests, just log in)
- Download the Patcher
- Make sure you're patched on the day of the test
- (Optional) Read up how to play on the Quick Start Guide <New Player Guide — Monsters & Memories>

We look forward to seeing you there!

Stress test this weekend

Monsters & Memories Tentative Playtest Schedule 2025

Hey MnM community! We want to share some information about our testing plans for the rest of 2025.

Below, you’ll find a list of the bigger Open Playtests we’ll have in the lead up to our Early Access Launch. This is currently slated for Q1 2026.

We may have additional Stress Tests between these dates.

As you may know, just before the last Public Playtest, we started up our closed Friends & Family testing to a number of players. As we continue down the road to Early Access launch, we plan to get more of our community members involved in Closed Testing.

However, we also want to make sure that we are Stress Testing and getting people in from the community who haven't been selected for Closed Testing. As we move from Friends & Family, to Closed Alpha, and to Closed Beta, we’re planning for a number of longer form Public Playtests that increase in duration the later we move into the year.

June Stress Test (this weekend!):
We will be holding a Stress Test on Saturday, June 14th, 2025 at 1pm Eastern.

2025 Playtests:

  • June Playtest: Friday, June 27th - Sunday, June 29th, 2025 (3 days),
  • July Playtest: Wednesday, July 23rd - Sunday, July 27th (5 days),
  • September Playtest: Monday, September 1st - Sunday, September 7th (7 days),
  • November Playtest: Saturday, November 1st - Monday, November 10th (10 days),

As a reminder, these are tentative dates, and subject to change if needed. But hopefully it gives you a rough idea of our timeline for future Playtests.

Thanks again for being a part of our community! We're excited to welcome you back in-game soon!

I'm interested in this but I actively do not want to playtest/beta this thing. If it makes it through to an actual release situation I definitely want to go in slightly blind. After being in dozens of betas over the years, I'm done with it for MMOs. It drastically impacts the initial experience.

This is exactly how I feel as well.

Early Access starts in January, and the characters will remain through actual launch, from what I understand. I plan on checking it out then.

I dabbled enough in a couple of the stress tests to know I'm interested. At this point I'll just hold off until it's a bit more polished and fleshed out. Looking forward to this, and think these guys are more likely to release a quality product than the Pantheon team.

I'm torn between wanting to play more, helping them out, and spoiling myself. I got to just about 8 on the last long open weekend with my SK. Finished the newb quest line and got my BP as the servers were coming down. i'll be on to help them stress test and stuff, but likely just going to derp around with low level shit to avoid spoiling release. Hopefully the end of year betas will be good to try and get some friends of mine sucked into it.

People should probably be testing the higher level shit, and they re-opened closed beta access so that should be in theory ok, but odds are we're gonna end up with a Divinity/BG3 situation where where the early stuff gets the most scrutiny and the later areas not so much. Which isn't the worst thing in the world. First impressions go a long way.
