Literally 100% agree pick for pick. I think Chiefs managing to get the bye will be the biggest help to them. Having to go to New England and to Baltimore back to back weeks would have been brutal otherwise.

Whoever posted that tweet that had the scene from The Office of his agent talking to teams next year was spot on. Arians seems to have a soft spot for him for whatever reason. I get it, the big offensive numbers just pop, but that many turnovers year after year...he is who he is.
