Twitch is like asian porn. Best viewed with the sound turned off.

I find porn with the sound on really distracting. The only kind I can watch with the sound on is when it was made in some country in Urop that doesn't speak English so I have no idea what retarded shit the chick is saying.

People were talking about streamer revenue yesterday, donations aren't 100% profit. Twitch alerts takes a cut, I think it's a couple points.

Yeah, It's 1%, but I wonder how many streamers even use Twitch Alerts since you can do the same thing with your overlays, and a add on.

Also paypal takes another cut. All of these are super small tho, and don't get close to 50%

PayPal can have some large processing fees moving large amounts of money.

Most streamers I see use twitch alerts to record donation messages and seem to use their stock pop up alerts.

Well technically, Summit is a really good FPS guy.

I can't watch any of the huge streamers, except for maybe ManvsGame, but I can't watch PewdiePie either so I am not in their demographic.

Pretty much the only streams I can watch regularly are Lord Aris, and Floe. But I'm a fighting game dude so that makes sense for me, and I find them really funny.

And proof our generation is moving into the "Get of my lawn" part of our life. So picky and whiny over streams..

A top tier Quake player (Stermy) was streaming day 1 and he was getting like <300 viewers. The masses care more about entertainment than skill.

Yeah they posted a video on reddit of Stermy just annihilating chumps with his rocket launcher in Overwatch
