Season 2 didn't really have a lot that actually happened, though it did have a "lot" going on. It was all about getting the family involved in the business and setting up the casino. There were some shifts on the supply side of the drug organization.

Just started the rewatch. Man JB is so good as is the Battlestar Cartel guy. I really wish that guy had more interesting roles out there to watch.

I don't like this being about Marty and Wendy fighting over this shit.

Helen and Wendy Girl Power duo is just... not interesting either. Wendy and Ruthie would have been better. It legit made no sense when Helen told Marty that it was his fault they were audited by the FBI because of the Cosgrove thing. Because the FBI agent tells Marty to his face that the audit was triggered by the purchase of a second casino.

I'm about halfway through the season but one thing that needs to be said, episode2 was one of the best episodes ever. It reminded me why i love curly blonde so much.

I kind of saw it coming but I am wondering how Navarro decided to kill of Helen

The Helen’s brother actor’s performance was absolutely amazing.

When they brought the character kind of nowhere I was really like "what a dumb thing to add at this point", well I was very wrong, the character is top notch and the actor's gig is Emmy / Globe material. They really nailed how relentless and harsh bipolar disorder is to someone and everyone around, like it's a genuine medical condition, not just a "dude cheer up" or "man just calm down" attitude.

I grew up about an hour west of Branson in Cassville, MO. If you like partying on the lake, you could rent a condo on Table Rock, get hammered on Keystone, park your boat at the Bearded Clam in Kimberling City, drink until they close, fall into a giant mud pit because you're too drunk to stand while your buddy is fingerbanging a girl from the bar at the docks and fall asleep outside.

Roaring River state park is peak Ozarks.

Just finished this. I struggled with season 2 because it was really, really slow but powered through it after S3 released. The way the Snell storyline went down in S2 and how Jacob died was a huge letdown considering they were, in my opinion, the more interesting arc. S3 was a lot faster paced and much better overall and it's good to see the Snell story line picking back up.

Wendy annoys the shit out of me.

The actor playing Wendy's brother was Booker on Banshee. He played a reformed Aryan Nation guy who becomes a deputy. He is as good in that role as he is in this. Guy has serious acting chops.
