Maybe different people work on those things and they can be done in parallel
Yeah VG had a good system going for raids. Overland mobs had frequent respawn and lockout timers, so guilds could rotate them. Still some contention from time to time but mostly not. APW instancing was well done. They still haven't explained how the 'infamy' system will work. No instances sounds good in theory until you're sitting around with your guild unable to do the new raid tier until the top guild stops farming it or decides to let you have a few table crumbs. Assuming they're not farming it on alts. Even vanguard had pseudo-instancing in APW where they stacked 6-7 chunks on top of each other so each guild could have their own version.
Fallen good, fallen great, EQ fanboys can not wait
Fallen good, fallen great, Never once have I doubt McQuaid
Fallen good, fallen great, Perhaps one day I'll join your raid
Fallen good, fallen great, Can you believe it's eight years late?
Today I learned that dwarves have glow-in-the-dark beards.Ten years of development to make a video announcing a day/night cycle. That looks worse than Vanguard in 2007.

We could make a pledge to them to put a memorial for him in game, but it still probably wouldnt release..It's bittersweet knowing that Nirgon will die before this game releases.
What the fuck? Is a day/night cycle not utterly trivial?Ten years of development to make a video announcing a day/night cycle. That looks worse than Vanguard in 2007.

Also "there will be flowers that only grow during moonlight" are they taking project management tips from Peter Molyneux? Is this some elaborate performance art to see how far scope-creep can be pushed?
