Daniel Isn't Real. Starts off pretty slow, but it goes pretty bonkers Midway through. Almost thought I was watching a damn a Cronenberg or even a David Lynch movie.
Pretty good overall, and definitely didn't go into the direction that I thought it was. Dare I say cosmic horror which is such a cliche now, but that's definitely got some elements of that.
Totally worth your time.
I just thought it took a little bit of time to kind of build up. I watched it over the course of a couple of evenings, so that might be why I thought it was a little slow, but once it gets going, I wasn't expecting how crazy it was going to get. This was pretty good. I didn’t find it slow at all really but it did accelerate towards the back half. Worth the watch though.
What The hell movie is that?Watched borderline 6/10. Alright movie, made me laugh a few times. Also has a gay dennis rodman who apparently isn't gay which is distracting.
Samara plays a big singer who has a crazy stalker who breaks into her house to marry her. What The hell movie is that?

For steaming which I dont pay for ive seen a lot worse. definitely wouldnt have paid to see it.lol I posted about it like 4 posts above. It wasn’t terrible but didn’t feel like it was any more than a 6/10, and a weak one at that.
We call that a documentary. Stereotypes exist for a reason. All the worst stereotypes and this was done by black people?
I'm not aware that it is/was a remake, but you might be talking about These Final Hours. I really liked that movie, although it isn't one that I'd watch again anytime soon. The young girl in it was in The Nice Guys very soon after I watched it and was great there, and ended up with minor parts in all of the Holland Spider-Man movies (she was one of the school news anchors I believe), so it was interesting seeing her "grow up" in various movies over a couple of years.Someone mentioned it a while back in this thread or another, but we watched On the Beach (1959). It's not an action movie or the like, the focus is on the reactions of those who survived and are waiting the slow arrival of the radiation to humanity's last refuge (Australia). If you dont like old movies, this won't be for you. Acting was solid and its just a slow inevitable walk to the conclusion.
Not sure a script like this would get written today. I know they remade it a while back, but I dont know if the script is the same or if they lighten up the ending or not. Sort of reminded me of the Road. It's not a happy uplifting story. Enjoyed it. 8/10.
On the Beach (1959) was remade in 2000. I haven't watched the remake, just the original in black and white.I'm not aware that it is/was a remake, but you might be talking about These Final Hours. Whether it is a remake or not, I would recommend watching These Final Hours since it sounds like On the Beach is very similar.
