Yet most trans people would call me a TERF because I don't think you should turn working genitals into non-working genitals, and I was talking about human trafficking long before anyone on this forum, with posted proof.

At least RS admits that child trafficking is a huge problem that needs to be addressed. I'll take that at this point. Their gripe is basically "It's a big problem, but the movie is distorting how it happens because usually the kids are trafficked by someone they know rather than snatched off the street"

...which is kind of like, are they seriously splitting hairs over this?

Skimmed it.The entire article works pretty hard to take the focus off of the traffickers themselves and put it on nebulous societal problems. Looks like a lot of wanting more funding for anti-drug programs and other gibs. Also -

Since I now have to question everything, it makes me wonder if that whole idea that "it's typically someone they know" wasn't just a bullshit lie they've been using with two goals:

To help foster suspicion within families and further destroy the family unit.
Throw cover on the fact that maybe it's not someone they know, so that those actually committing the crimes are overlooked.
