The Mandalorian makes fun of some stuff (the "high ground" scene, Jar-Jar, stormtroopers can't aim, etc), which is quite refreshing nowadays.

if you binge them the show watches much better. I think too many people are trying to fuck each episode with their dicks.

Well they did discard the Lucas cut of Episode 9. I think the relationship is now soured to the point they don't want George around anymore at all.

They brought him back to fix Episode 9, and then discarded him again-- in the same vein as the discarded outlines and storyboard for Episode 7 to 9.

Even Kasdan, who said he would NEVER work on a Star Wars movie ever again, was invited and is present.

Again, Kasdan publicly rebuked Disney harder than anyone and slammed Lucas Film for the treatment of "Solo", and he's invited.

That's huge.
