Children actors fizzle out as adults all the time. People identified with them when they were young but it's just strange when they grow up.

She was very cute when young, but as an adult, while still pretty, she is kind of odd looking. Sort of like Macaulay Culkin but not that extreme.

I had to look her up, and I'm going to go with the oft cited "plastic surgery" is what made Chloe look weird.

There was some guy on misc a decade or more who was obsessed with her.
