It isn't $11 million a year. It is a really low salary with kickers for play time and performance. My sources predict it will be reduced to 2-4 games upon appeal. This is just Goodell looking like he cares about women now.

The only reason it gets reduced (if it does) is because the incidents were prior to the newer policy being applied, little else.

The entire thing is bullshit. The prosecution had a shit case to begin with, which is why as soon as Hardy's ex stopped cooperating they dropped it.

And yeah, Hardy's contract is set up on a per-game basis. He misses games, he doesn't get paid. If the 10 game suspension sticks (and it won't), he'll miss out on something like $8m of that $13m contract.

We already have both of those things.


A lot of our problems last year were the offensive live which go crushed early in the season with a big injury which caused a lot of reshuffling, our defense suffered from injuries but we had absolutely no depth and had people off the street playing corner, and most importantly our coaching was pretty fucking awful. Philbin's poor choices and Coyle's inability to adapt his defense to changing strategies in games is really what was the problem. Philbin almost single handedly cost us two wins (Packers/Lions). Coyle's D couldn't adjust to the Pats and Broncos, which should have been two more wins.

I think Chanur was asking what do they have to do to beat the pats out in the AFCE, not just beat the Pats. We have no problem beating the Pats.

The stat is actually with Brady @ the helm. They won a game in 2006 and 2007. so they're like 2-12 since Dec 2000.

Either way, no, they definitely do have a major problem beating the Patriots.
