Colts balls were also tested as a control and found to be just fine. Plus the balls WERE intentionally deflated by the equipment guys after the refs checked them, so that whole sideshow is entirely irrelevant at this point anyhow.

In the end, the problem is the NFL and Goodell are inept. They throw darts at a freaking wall. They are going to end up losing this thing and looking stupid.
They are amazing at making money, but when it comes to this sort of thing, a sloth with downs syndrome would do a better job.

On a serious note, what's the deal with the shit from before the Superbowl when the Pats had people run the tests that proved their balls could deflate to the numbers they deflated to when prepped the way they claim they were prepped etc.? They were just a bunch of fake scientists and lying scumbags paid off by Brady (possibly with sexual favors from Gisele)?

Conflicting reports/perspectives. A lot of randoms are running with the notion Brady and the Pats were actively cockblocking the investigation and that is the reason the penalties are justified. But I keep seeing sports writers/networks pointing out that in the actual report it says Brady and the Pats were very cooperative. Someone who can read please tell us the truths!
People keep saying Brady is a known/proven cheater. What else has he been busted on? Or people just generally saying Pats are cheaters so obviously Brady is too? Pats have always pushed the bounds, but even spygate was pretty anti-climatic when you looked at the actual facts/situation. I don't follow the Pats that well, what else have they done?
Was kinda interesting on PTI both Cornholer and Wilbon agreed this will be a pretty big factor added onto the other dumb shit Goodell has done that will result in his contract not being renewed when up. Even hinting, and other sports writers/talkers saying this could actually lead to an active coup to oust Goodell. Even the fact people are talking casually about him being fired is kinda crazy. But thinking about it, players hate him, fans hate him, Kraft was his best bud and now probably hates him, gotta be other owners/teams that hate or fear him. Would be hilarious if such a dumb 'scandal' backfired and led to Goodell's downfall.

I hope Brady and his lawyer absolutely destroy Goodell on this. I could give two shits about what happens to Brady, but Goodell has fumbled almost every major issue over the last year and is somehow becoming even worse as time goes on. He needs to go.
