They say the washing scrubbing motion is the most effective part of washing your hands more than soap even. So give your hands a vigorous scrubbing when you wash with soap and you will be fine.

I think I've only ever had terrible Kimchi because I like other fermented foods quite a bit but never had a Kimchi that I didn't think was abhorrent.
