Some of the items only have 'virtual' pieces, that you only get if you ordered the item through the app. It's bullshit, but there you go.

tldr,
the guy in charge of the prizes (1m, 250k, etc, vacation, viper) sold those winning tickets, he had security watching him 99% of the time, the 1% he wasn't watched was in the bathroom and he would swap out the winning tickets there.
