Katie Katro sounds completely unlike any Albanian name I know.
I guess these days, you can claim to be whatever you want. Just because her parents emigrated to the states, that doesn't make her Albanian, unless she was actually born there.

How do you know she speaks Albanian? Do you speak Albanian? If you don't, she could be speaking chinese and you wouldn't differentiate it from Korean or Japanese.
