Actually, I think the best comment there was about Ridley. Ridley was an excellent running back but as soon as he fumbled the ball you knew he would be out for another game or two. If you ever had him in fantasy over the years you knew how annoying this would be. You'd see him fumble and think "fuck, now I need to find a replacement for next week." Belichick doesn't put up with players turning the ball over, and if they did, they'd be yanked until he apparently thought they fixed it. Other coaches won't even remotely consider this.Keep trying... concerning that graph.
I?m sorry to say it, but you have been suckered by the oldest statistical visual trick in the book, the suppressed zero. Instead of starting the vertical axis at zero where it should be, they start it at 30. This makes the Patriots 33 fumbles look like zero and the Philly/Denver number of 72 look huge. Redraw the plot with a true zero and you?ll see that the Patriots at 33 are at about half of 72 = 36, not the ginormous difference that the graph fools you into seeing. They?re better than the rest but not so much better than Saint Louis through Houston, the teams with the nearest good records.
Right, Bellichick takes ball security very very serious and the Pats train a lot on ball security and fumble recoveries.Actually, I think the best comment there was about Ridley. You jelly bro. It's pathetic how many people are still trying to pretend this is about deflated balls and not cheating.
How about this for a new thread title:
The New England Cheatriots vs. Seadderall Seahawks Superbowl Thread
I don't really care in terms of the super bowl or penalties but none of the colts balls were deflated, they used the colts backup balls for the pats at halftime far as far as I know, while the weather did it's magic to 11/12 of the pats balls gimme a break.Actual science from the guys at Carnegie Mellon in that HeadSmart video.
Physics works differently for the Patriots.the weather did it's magic to 11/12 of the pats balls gimme a break.
You don't know that they were not deflated only that they were with in regulation when they took the readings.I don't really care in terms of the super bowl or penalties but none of the colts balls were deflated, they used the colts backup balls for the pats at halftime far as far as I know, while the weather did it's magic to 11/12 of the pats balls gimme a break.
This...I'm almost strangely starting to like BB now because of all this bullshit. You know damned well he's going to be looking to stick it to Seattle, and by extension the rest of the league and all the haters. This is officially the worst NFL story ever. I really hope the patriots win now just so the butthurt reaches maximum levels.
In the interest of potential bias, Bill Nye is from Seattle ;P
Got a link for that misinformation? Or that false information, whichever you prefer.I don't really care in terms of the super bowl or penalties but none of the colts balls were deflated, they used the colts backup balls for the pats at halftime far as far as I know, while the weather did it's magic to 11/12 of the pats balls gimme a break.
Did you miss that the official NFL specs only have a 1 PSI spread? So if all the balls were dropping at least 1.6 PSI, as that video said, then the colts' balls should have also been low. Either that or they should have been too high to begin with. You don't know that they were not deflated only that they were with in regulation when they took the readings.
Right, so just post your links to the Colts balls being tested before, during, and after the game. It's not hard, just stop responding until you bring the proof. I'll help you out though, there is nothing, just retarded tumblr/rerolled posters passing off opinions as facts.Did you miss that the official NFL specs only have a 1 PSI spread? I know it's probably a pretty small difference, but is everyone else really buying 75 degree locker rooms? Cause that's pretty fucking hot. Players would have been falling asleep in there. I remember locker rooms always being like meat lockers.
I don't know if deadpsin is a legit site, but this is the story I read too. A colt DB noticed the pats were using colt's balls at one point before halftime and a ref told him they were having trouble finding good balls.Got a link for that misinformation? I love how all these jelly pats haters don't have any idea what they're talking about. Hate us cause they ain't us. See ya later Burnem.
Oh, is that what you think? That all this went on and only the pats balls were actually tested?Right, so just post your links to the Colts balls being tested before, during, and after the game.
