If you can replace the Hitman footage with footage of any of the other 25+ games featuring the trope and have her point remain exactly the same, then by definition she is not "discussing Hitman". You can keep repeating otherwise as often as you'd like, it's not going to make it true.
For comparison's sake, take the blurb abut ionic columns. If I replaced the picture of the White House with a picture of the Jefferson Memorial, the subject of the text hasn't changed. It wasn't discussing the White House before, it's not discussing the Jefferson Memorial now. It was and is discussing ionic columns, the only thing that has changed is the illustrative example (which, again, is not what is being discussed).

Well we know you can't do that because she was explicitly talking about the game mechanics of Hitman during that section of her video. She can be talking about a larger point while also talking about Hitman's mechanics, and still be wrong on both her larger point, and her interpretation of Hitman's mechanics (which she was).

So, what makes you think you're so special of a snowflake? What makes you think that your brand of righteous indignation based on insignificant nothingness is somehow more valid than THEIR righteous indignation based on insignificant nothingness? You know, THEY think they're on the right side of the battle, too. THEY think YOU'RE the ones shutting out reason and behaving irrationally. Anyway, I appreciate you telling it like it is, Soy. When my, shall we say, "unique" posting style caused multiple-page derails that many people couldn't stand to be subjected to, there was a problem. While I was certainly not the only one responsible for this problem, I did actually change my behavior in order to restore some kind of balance, and it worked. With the exception of a few assorted nuts, nobody gives a shit about my occasional snarky mainstream posts. No obnoxious multiple-page derails, no "suicide?" posts, nothing to report to mods, and best of all: I have my own (unofficial record-holding) thread dedicated entirely to my tell-it-like-it-is no-nonsense anti-circle-jerk freedom posts. Everybody wins!
