its a bit esoteric, a blackjack with a split ace counts as a regular win which means if the dealer also got 21 it would be a tie. A natural blackjack (21 on the deal) is an automatic win, you get the 3-2 payout no matter what the dealer has.

The weirder rule is that most casinos don't let you hit on split aces, you only get 1 card per split and you ride or die with that.

Yeah, it's not blackjack, but it's pretty rare to see that off a split.
