Eh. I personally really loved Fallout 3 and New Vegas. I'm a fan of slower paced open world shooters with lots of looting and exploration though.Fallout4 was probably gonna be dogshit anyway... but now for SURE it's gonna be dogshit.

And without people consuming/discovering their mods, they would be complete unknowns. Modders and the consumers both scratch each others' back, payed or not. Paywalls are just going to drive people back to IPTorrents, Pirate Bay, etc. for their content. It hurts Steam, it hurts modders, it hurts the consumer, publisher, devs, etc. They don't owe you a single fucking thing tbh.
I think we have a really great game here, but the UI really sucks and why dont we have a FOV slider? Oh, don't worry about it, the MOD community will fix that shit and we can get payed for it. Also don't forget to leave out that nice new inventory managment we have, we can just have that intern release it as a MOD on his steam account and sell it.I think the biggest negative thing here for me and as others have said, is why is a developer getting a cut for mods that fix their broken games. Talk about a slap in the face. Not to mention that slippery slope this kind of setup encourages in future games.
We've known that since horse armor.we now know that Bethesda is filled with money grubbing retards?
