the weather center live stream were all placed in the west of the landfall - all their cam in the harsh area were out or totally covered at eye wall landfall.

People are fucking stupid There's a popular tourist destination within a few hours of Halifax called Peggy's Cove that is a large field of rocks around a lighthouse, and there are signs everywhere warning people to stay off of the dark rocks, or they will die. And every fucking year, people die because they go climbing where they shouldn't.

If you ever get in one it's pretty neat, except for you just went thru a hurricane and fixing to get it again. But it's incrediably calm and nice weather for a short period. Lot of people walk outside to talk it all in it's so calm.
