Healthy fats though. 2-3 per week wouldn’t be bad. To add to that, have pecans and walnuts just as often for more healthy fats and omega 3s.On the veggy vitamins front how do people feel about avacado's other than too many millenials loving it on toast. My understanding was it was a pretty good nutrient bomb other than being kinda high calorie/fats as well? (Yes I know it's technically a fruit before Gavin gets up in here)
