I feel ya man. I'm going to put one of my dogs down tuesday when the vet is back working. Till then we're keeping her drugged up to stay comfortable. We found her and her sister 16 years ago, and they weren't puppies, so we figure she's 18+. She's some kind of Shepherd mix, so that's really old. Her sister is already dead.

I went on my daily jog today and there's a slight hill about 600 meters (category 3 in cycling terms when it comes to gradient) in the middle of my course. It's always a test for me to get up there without my lungs exploding. So today, I'm like one third a way up, dying a thousand deaths, as uausal and this dude runs past me like I was just standing there. And he's by the looks of it well into his 80's. FUCK

Girlfriend bit her lip and I'm pretty sure her inner lip is now infected -- imagine a regular lip bite but extend it out like two inches to either side for a massive four inch welt like someone punched the spot she bit, swelling and all. Trying to get her to see a doctor through virtual means while coordinating with her superiors at work (she's a teacher) because she can hardly speak. My bud's car has been in the shop for a couple weeks (Don't buy cars you can't afford to fix people). Asked me for a ride this morning to the station. Cool. Get to his house let him know I am here. Makes ME wait 20 minutes although I am five minutes early. 15 minutes past when I was supposed to pick him up he's still not ready. I go home. Soon as I get home, I of course get a call from him asking why I leave, and now he's going to be late for work BECAUSE OF ME. I just say "aight bro" and hang up. Way to start my day.

Because of chinese bat aids and people working from home, all expenses and shit like that have to be done electronically now and it's a cluster fuck. Right now electronically means printing them out, signing them, scanning them and then emailing. After that it gets emailed to like 4 more people for approvals and billing and whatnot. In the past 6 months I've had more reports get lost in limbo than in the entire previous 12 years I've worked there. I know there's always going to be growing pains, but it still sucks. On top of that, they broke up the expense report into 2 forms now. That just means one more thing to get fucking lost.
