This is why I just screencap the pic and paste the screencap half the time.9 out of ten picture are too large to post in the FSR thread.
Hell, the native resolution my phone operates at chokes this site's capacity in that regard. heh

And I counter....I got this for you Burren.
What in sands name is a screens cap and why are natives choking on phones you little rapscallion?

That's the problem. I can't use anything on my phone to post to FSR because the files are all too large and I can't find any way to shrink them. This is why I just screencap the pic and paste the screencap half the time.

Yeah. I know this struggle. if I get a pic of something I really want to show on here, I wait until i get home. Open the pic on my desktop, screen clip, paste clip. That's the problem. The auto-downscaler would be a good addition for usability, but for managing storage issues, you could have a rolling purge of fsr/pgt images (or I'm sure there's a plugin to auto convert them to an external host). I'd hate to lose member pics in some of the other threads, but i'd guess the threads that contribute the vast majority of the volume aren't exactly ones that we'd miss the history from (too much).I don't want to host more pics/vids here. It will eventually make it financially untenable, and I'd rather not have that happen.
Fair, and that makes sense.I don't want to host more pics/vids here. It will eventually make it financially untenable, and I'd rather not have that happen.
Often if it is saved on your phone, just take at least on android, a clipped screenshot, ie where you can drag and drop the square shape of what you are clipping, can be like 99% of original, but often doing that will resave the copy on your clipboard as low enough res or whatever that you can get away using it.That's the problem. I can't use anything on my phone to post to FSR because the files are all too large and I can't find any way to shrink them.

Well, you do know that you're going to jail for that $1 discrepancy, right? Politicians are allowed up to $10 million per year in laundering, fraud, and embezzlement, but $1 jails the rest of us.I filed my federal tax return on April 12th. This was the first year I paid estimated taxes, so I hoped I got everything right. I was due a multi four-figure refund due to lower investment income last year. Everything I've read said I would get my refund at most 21 days after the filing. That day came and went with no refund.
Finally, this week I got two letters from the IRS. I opened the first one, which said that my return was under review. Great, I think, I'm being audited. Opened the second one, which said that they came up with a different calculation for my taxes. Turns out I underreported my estimated tax payments by $1, thus, no timely refund due to the discrepancy.
My guess is no human has been involved in this process so far, and I assume I'm waiting for a final review before I get my refund. Meanwhile, no interest is being earned on that money. I gladly would have foregone the dollar for a timely refund.
Question for any tax experts out there. When you fill out the estimated tax form, are you locked into those quarterly payment amounts, or can you pay more or less, particularly in the last January payment, based on your last year investment results?
