My ISP is having service issues in my area, resulting in being unable to keep a connection, and tomorrow's a Holiday. There goes my levelling progress.

If you have wireless on your computer get the hotspot feature through your cell phone. If you don't have wireless get a USB wireless adapter from Walmart and return it in a couple days maybe?
Our Internet went down a few days ago and my wife used the hotspot with no issues. I use my work one on the road when the hotel Internet sucks, and I rarely had issues with raiding and TS/Discord going at the same time.
I think even WoW would eat through my 250mb data package rather quick
They seem to have fixed it already though, so here's to hoping it keeps up- 1

For what its worth DW ruined enhancement imo. Classic enhance with 2h WF and the flexibility to go deep resto/ele with it was the best.

I have been playing with Graphics settings and noticed you can render the scene larger than your screen, this will improve quality and potentially limit need for AA which blurs detail.
