We had some good runs on Mythic Ursoc last night got him to about 5-7% a few times, we aren't hitting the dps check and triggering the enrage timer, losing 1 dps early pretty much means you wont make it. decided to do a few runs on spiderbird and after 3 attempts had him to the third platform ~25%, pretty sure when we have 2 of our higher dps players online we'll be able to down both of these.

overall very fun but stressful encounters, there is so much shit on the ground during spiderbird it gets crazy, Ursoc seems boring as a dps but it is pretty intense as a tank.

Started my Achievement runs

So far we have HoV,VoW and Nelths Lair all finished.

It is a pain in the fucking ass to find people to do this, I guess the pug retard brain rot is real because the second you tell a DPS you are doing achievements they drop even though the Group was listed as "ACHIEVEMENT GROUP ONLY"

If any of you guys don't have DPS Retard brain rot and want to come do them with me it would be appreciated.

Shadow Priest is squishy as shit. Don't expect to be doing WQs very easily when you hit 110. Hunter can easily do most of them as a fresh 110 790 ilvl. You won't be feeling pretty bad ass until 825+ ilvl.

The rotation is much more simple for Hunters as well, which is something to consider so you don't have to be just a scrub lord

At about 855 Spriest, I could solo anything. Though, theyre right - disc priest is invincible.

I keep getting tied up into something or other at work or showing a house or something so I havent been able to touch on the guide lately, but hope it helps you out somewhat if you do go with a spriest Noodleface Noodleface

I guess that makes sense. On fights like xavius I can keep IP up forever in phase 3
I was playing around with this a bit more. The goal was to get IP to return as much rage as possible via damage absorbed. Ideally, you would get all your rage back, making it a broken self-sustaining absorb shield. But, that doesn't look possible. This is the real reason IP got cut by 33%. With the old multiplier, dragon scales, full value never surrender, you get more rage from IP than you put in.

Anyway, still a fun little game potentially something still to exploit. I started out by trying stacking as much versatility(yeah yeah, it doesn't drop) via pvp gear.

AP 32441
Vers 41.30%
Max Health 2864580
Net Min IP Cost = 0.9*18.6*32441*(1+.4130)*1.12*1.4*1.75*50/2864580-60 = 23.2477
Max IP Cost = 0.9*18.6*32441*(1+.4130)*1.12*50/2864580-60 = 44.999

Not too impressive, especially on the IP that doesn't get any effect from Never Surrender or Dragon Scales. If you stack mastery instead:

AP 50746
Vers 5.36%
Max Health 2736060
Net Min IP Cost = 0.9*18.6*50746*(1+.0536)*1.12*1.4*1.75*50/2736060-60 = 15.1191
Net Max IP Cost = 0.9*18.6*50746*(1+.0536)*1.12*50/2736060-60 = 41.6813

Better on the min, still hefty on the max. No idea when you reach 75% on Never Surrender nor how often you'd have Dragon Scales up when you stack a ton of mastery. This makes gear upgrades relatively neutral though because you get more str/mastery/vers but also more stamina.

Still, food for thought. Might be interesting if warriors could always have 90% absorb via rage gained from IP + rage generated.

It's only fun, in my opinion, when the expectation isn't there. If I'm in a group of people that are demanding that we +3 or they'll be mad, nah, that's not for me.

I'm having a blast dog. Timed dungeon runs and shit are RIGHT up my alley so I love it all.

Timed dungeon runs wouldn't be quite as bad if there wasn't a kill requirement on top of them.

"You guys need to run this fast but you're not allowed to be clever about how you do it. Brute force it or fail the kill requirement"

While i like M+ ive seen tanks completely drop group when it turns out it will be a +2 and not +3 and then it screws over the person who used the keystone - Bliz has no way of helping people out in this situation and shit like that does happen. I do a crazy amount of pugging because i just want to so ive seen all ends of that spectrum of fuckery.

I never got that attitude. Like you've already put in 20 minutes. Put in another 5 and still get some loot.
