With all the new items in tailoring I guess it wouldn't be to bad for a caster after like 25... but damn that sounds like a nightmare.I have a level 10 priest on Ambershire. Using the Craftmaster challenge. Will float around both and take my sweet time to level.
Good for Blizz. Probably not good for the customer, but this kind of stuff needs to be licensed or shut down for the long term health of the game.To be expected given the huge fanfare around it and Epoch and the impending classic+ Blizz is gonna announce soon (tm).
Quite frankly I think Blizz should let the private servers lead the way so that they can try to replicate what the players want.To be expected given the huge fanfare around it and Epoch and the impending classic+ Blizz is gonna announce soon (tm).
Ideas, yes, but not IP. Orc Jesus only has one father.Careful now old man. That is real close to how Bliz made it big in the first place!
Take good ideas and polish them to success.
Fuck Blizz. The private servers are FAR superior to anything Blizz has ever done. I hope Blizz wins the case and these out-of-US people tell Blizz to go fuck themselves.Ideas, yes, but not IP. Orc Jesus only has one father.
That would end poorly. M$FT is one of the few companies that would think nothing of the costs involved with suing the end users if that happened. Though it would be simpler to go after the ISPs to get them to add the emu server IPs to their global blacklists. ISPs will bend over backwards to comply with DMCA takedowns, because they are literally forced to to keep their common carrier status.Fuck Blizz. It would also be simpler to go after ISPs than it would to sue out-of-US people as well. But they aren't doing it that way. Strange huh? That would end poorly. why not let a private srrver show them how it's done and then wow try to replicate the private servers.
M$FT is a multinational juggernaut. They are local in every first world country and have legions of purchased government critters. It would also be simpler to go after ISPs than it would to sue out-of-US people as well. But they aren't doing it that way. Strange huh?
Seems it would be easier to leverage those critters than spending thousands of dollars on an ineffective US judgment. Strange they aren't doing that....M$FT is a multinational juggernaut. They are local in every first world country and have legions of purchased government critters.
It might be. It might not be. They might be aiming for precedent. They may simply want to make an example out of whoever to send a warning. Filing a lawsuit is probably the cheapest first shot since they have armies of lawyers on retainer for that purpose.Seems it would be easier to leverage those critters than spending thousands of dollars on an ineffective US judgment. Do you even know where Turtle WoW is physically hosted? I'll give you a hint, it's in a country that doesn't give a SHIT about US precedent....It might be. It might not be. Ah. Well, China is a third world shithole. Activision has tried to play ball there in the past, so no idea. Getting a legal precedent there and getting ignored would make getting a court order to track down users through the ISPs easier.Do you even know where Turtle WoW is physically hosted?
