Well, I find myself planning the moves, the down and back up, in advance, I need to be sure that the down move is fluid and smooth with perhaps a landing onto a single bent knee, but then the getting back up stage, I've got that worked out before even starting, I'll be sure there's some convenient solid place to grab a hold of, to assist in getting back up. i had a period where i felt stiff and couldn't stretch, so i bought one of those yoga strappy things where you just stick your leg through and pull, worked like a charm, i think it even god rid of a nagging shoulder blade issue.

I think I pulled a muscle in my ass a while back. Fuck if I know how, but now it’s a recurring thing. Somewhere in the process of getting out of bed and going to sit in my chair all day then going back to bed, I managed to break my damn ass.

When your so old an lazy that during quarantine you say watching new shows you haven’t seen, or playing backlog games you own is too much work to get into, so you spend three weeks watching it’s always sunny episodes you’ve seen a dozen times on loop which surfing the net and napping.

When Pornhub opens up free premium during the quarantine and you haven't even investigated yet and it is mid week 5 of working from home.

That's sad. I was sniffing out my Dad's porn stashes as soon as I understood what porn was and, erm, my responses to it. Now I am porn-lazy. Fuck age right in the ass, but I would be too lazy to search for a video of it.

In my primary daily driver, I would still have a cassette / CD if the tuner hadn't gone out and I couldn't get AM radio anymore. The FM tuner had given out a few years prior and while it annoyed me, it wasn't important enough to spend money on. Then I bought a new fangled radio that had blue tooth and was introduced to the wonders of podcasts. Now the only time I turn on the radio is for Rush's show (because he doesn't have a free podcast), and anytime I'm taking the car in for work. I don't want my podcast playing while I'm in the waiting room.

The car with the removable faceplate radio was a 2005 crown vic that I got maybe 5 years ago. It fucked up too and was replaced with another of those new fangled radios similar to the first. Basically I'm hooked on the bluetooth thing now so I can listen to some right wing shitlord podcasts. This shit is almost as good as shortwave back in the day, except this is on demand.

For me the FM music thing isn't age related. I just don't like most music and never have.
