Shit like that is what Landromats are for. Spend the money to have an industrial dryer do the work. I've gone to the one near the house occasionally for the hard stuff.

Got damn. One letter typo and I spent 2 minutes trying to figure out what the first half of the sentence meant.

Man, on the parallel parking thing... I don't think there's a single place in the town I live and where you have to parallel park. However, I work one town over and have to parallel park multiple times a day. So over the last decade, I feel like I've gotten pretty phenomenal in my ability to parallel park.

Anytime I'm traveling with my wife and we're in a city where its the norm, she about has a panic attack when I parallel park. Like her anxiety goes to 100% at the mere concept, despite the fact I'm the one driving and it's never been an issue. Agitates me to no end.

Maybe still a thing in big high rises, but do they still play music in elevators?
Told a teen something was elevator music and they had no idea. Then I thought not heard music in one in years.

It got too expensive to license the music and the company that did it died. Apparently it happened around 1990.

No real idea, when I was doing high rises they kicked us off the job when the elevators were finished as the jobs were over.
