I don't know if you've tried the hyper-ice style ones, but if you tried to use this as a "handheld massager" you'd find yourself with nerve damage in about 0.5 seconds. These things are ROUGH, in a good way for sore muscles, in a bad way for delicate bits.

Been using one, at least twice a week, for about a decade now. And yes, you can use it on your dong.

I don't know what hyper ice means, but I have experienced a few that look like that. They were all plug in, not battery powered like that one seems to be. I don't know what kinda ratings these things have so I can't make any meaningful comparisons to this exact model.

Its just that pistol-grip style like this one. Maybe they're not all like that. The ones I've tried at tournaments and had used on me by trainers were strong enough to seriously hurt. Like if you used it on your dong I think it'd look like lunchmeat after.
